As concerns its mission, CDF defines its mission as the promotion of children\u2019s rights for most vulnerable children, through creation of working forums that empower children, families and communities.<\/div>\n<div>The core functions of CDF are embedded in its vision and mission.<br \/>\n\u2022 Firstly CDF\u2019s function is to strengthening and facilitating of human rights advocacy for children at risk and or affected by child marriage, FGM, gender based violence, and other gender inequalities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Secondly, CDF has a function involves establishing a supportive environment for enhancement of meaningful child protection and sustainable participation of children in development initiatives in their communities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Thirdly, Boys and Men Engage in the, promotion of women\u2019s and girls\u2019 rights to upheld gender equality.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fourthly, is the strengthening of CDF\u2019s organizational capacity in order to effectively and efficiently implement its strategic plan.<\/div>\n<div>Due to the strategic expansion along with the implementation of the CDF Strategic Plan 2016-2019, CDF is looking for the qualified and motivated persons to fill the following position with immediate effect:<\/div>\n<div><b>ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTS (2 POSTS) \u2013 DODOMA AND DAR ES SALAAM<\/b><\/div>\n<div>OVERALL DUTY: The Accountant is to provide timely and reliable financial information and analysis that lead to effective decision making for all projects.
