All Appellants should follow the below procedure: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An appellant must complete the relevant Online Appeal Forms, make a printout of the same and attach thereto the necessary supporting documents or letter indicating his\/her reasons for appeal.\u00a0 The Online Appeals Form is accessible through <strong>httpss:\/\/olas.heslb.go.tz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After completing to fill the Online Appeal Form, the appellant must download the form and attach necessary <strong>certified documents<\/strong> by relevant authorities and hand over to the respective Higher Education Institution\u2019s Loan Desk Officer.<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Appeals must be routed through respective Loan Desk Officers who will collect <strong>all<\/strong> appeal forms from their respective Institutions and submit them u<strong>nder covering letters<\/strong> to the Board by <strong>21st November 2017<\/strong>.\u00a0 The Board will not accept any appeal forms that will be submitted directly by students to the Board.<\/p>\n<p>(iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Board will receive and scrutinize all appeals and where necessary adjust loan or issue new loan to appellants whose application for loans were earlier been denied by the Board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ONLINE APPEAL FORMS&#8230;..THROUGH..&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong><br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-layout-key=\"-gy-e+2o-2k-38\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9768410247\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who may Appeal against Loans allocations?<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the general eligibility criteria stipulated in the Guidelines and Criteria for issuance of Loans and Grants for academic year <strong>2017\/2018<\/strong>, an appellant require to fulfil the following:<br \/>\n\uf0fc\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a student admitted to pursue diploma\/degree studies in an accredited\u00a0 Higher Learning Institution in Tanzania<br \/>\n\uf0fc\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a first year loan applicant or first time continuing loan applicant who has applied for loan in the <strong>2017\/2018<\/strong> loan application cycle or a continuing loan beneficiary.<br \/>\n\uf0fc\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Students who did not apply for loan in the <strong>2017\/2018<\/strong> loan application cycle are discouraged to appeal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/heslb-batch-4-succsessful-applicants-20172018-academic-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO VIEW BATCH 4 FULL LIST<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ISSUED BY:<br \/>\n<strong>THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS\u2019 LOANS BOARD<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HESLB APPEALS ONLINE THROUGH The Higher Education Students\u2019 Loans Board (HESLB) is hereby informing all loan applicants that the appeals window will be open for 7-days starting from Monday 13th November, to Sunday 19th November 2017.
