You will be responsible for developing the partnerships and conversations with our community that will drive user engagement and spark exciting conversations over the coming years.<\/div>\n

\u00b7Be responsible for managing crypto-native company
\nchannels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram and more.<\/div>\n
\u00b7Implement thoughtful social media strategies to increase engagement & followers<\/div>\n
\u00b7Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner<\/div>\n
\u00b7Build relationships with the online community<\/div>\n
\u00b7Monitor and provide feedback on engagement\/conversation via social media channels to leadership<\/div>\n
\u00b7Develop effective marketing and brand communication plans and campaigns to expand Popoo\u2019s digital footprint and brand awareness<\/div>\n
\u00b7Generate and maintain a conversation in all communities.<\/div>\n
\u00b7Set up, build and manage community accounts of platforms like Reddit and other relevant applications.<\/div>\n
\u00b7Respond to comments and users queries in a timely manner<\/div>\n
\u00b7Monitor and report on feedback and online comments and reviews<\/div>\n
\u00b7Lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact<\/div>\n
\u00b7Report on the health of our community servers, and make recommendations for improvement<\/div>\n
\u00b7Responsible for managing all moderators on communities<\/div>\n
\u00b7Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement<\/div>\n
\u00b7Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness<\/div>\n
\u00b7Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications team members and suppliers to ensure brand consistency<\/div>\n
\u00b7Liaise with Development and Business Development departments to stay updated on new products and features<\/div>\n
\u00b7Build relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists<\/div>\n
