{"id":23278,"date":"2022-08-11T22:18:38","date_gmt":"2022-08-11T19:18:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=23278"},"modified":"2022-08-11T22:18:38","modified_gmt":"2022-08-11T19:18:38","slug":"medical-doctor-job-at-tindwa-health-and-medical-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/medical-doctor-job-at-tindwa-health-and-medical-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Medical Doctor Job at Tindwa Health And Medical Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Job Overview<\/h3>\n<p>Job Title :\u00a0<strong>Medical Doctor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tindwa Health Medical Services<\/p>\n<p>Department : Medical Services<br \/>\nReports To : HOD Medical Services<br \/>\nDate : 09th Aug 2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emergency medical services (EMS) is a large portion of the operational responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Work involves stressful situations dealing with emergency situations such as heart attacks, cardiac arrests, overdoses, strokes, trouble breathing, pediatric emergencies, falls, car crashes, assaults and emotionally ill patients.<\/p>\n<p>This position may involve medical responses on a transport unit (ambulance) or on a remote setting\/site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, patients, families, hospital staff,<br \/>\noutside professional agencies, co-workers and supervisory personnel, whether volunteer<br \/>\nor paid, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations<\/li>\n<li>May be exposed to stressful situations, such as death, dismemberment, pediatric death,<br \/>\ntotal devastation and loss<\/li>\n<li>May be required to hold over to cover emergencies and work overtime without advanced<br \/>\nnotice.<\/li>\n<li>Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for prolonged periods of<br \/>\ntime and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines or uneven terrain.<\/li>\n<li>Must be physically fit to perform job functions adequately as dictated by occupational health.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to hear and understand at normal range levels.<\/li>\n<li>May be required to use vehicles in the performance of duties. Vehicles are to include but not limited to: cars, trucks, and ambulances<\/li>\n<li>On occasion may be required to perform stressful physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in direct clinical practice as the principal component of his\/her professional<br \/>\nresponsibility within the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Provide medical assessment, diagnostic determination, and clinical management necessary to<br \/>\nensure appropriate clinical disposition of Emergency Department patients.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and timely completion of all clinical and professional records and documentation to<br \/>\nassure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory, licensure, and accreditation<br \/>\nrequirements.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Communicate with consulting providers as necessary to facilitate necessary ongoing care and<br \/>\ntreatment of patients.<\/li>\n<li>Work to create a positive work culture within department and cross-departmental teams.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Doctor \u2013 Bachelor of Medicine or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>BLS, ACLS and ITLS training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience.
