The core business of the Society Is to mobilize savings, provide credit and other value added services to its members.<br \/>\nAt this end, TANESCO SACCOS would like to recruit competent employees to fill the following vacant posts below:<\/p>\n<p>POSITION :\u00a0<strong>ICT OFFICER III<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 (1 Post)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer\u2019s networks and in house servers.<br \/>\nInstall and integrate new server hardware and applications.<br \/>\nEnsure network security and connectivity.<br \/>\nMonitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latencyjand test for weaknesses<br \/>\nSet up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.<br \/>\nResolve problems reported by end user.<br \/>\nManage Service Level Agreement (SLA) with application service providers.<br \/>\nDefining and meeting service levels for IT operations<br \/>\nPerform such other related duties as may be assigned by the System Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Holders of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science\/Computer Engineering \/Information Technology.<br \/>\nAcquired at least 1 year of working experience in related field,<br \/>\nShe\/he must be of high integrity<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATTRIBUTES FOR ALL POSITIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nAbility to operate efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n<p><strong>REMUNERATION<\/strong><br \/>\nAn attractive compensation package will be offered to successful candidates as per TANESCO policies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MODE OF APPLICATION<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested applicants who meet the above qualifications and conditions may submit their appli\u00adcations accompanied with detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), with email address, telephone num\u00adber, copies of relevant certlficates\/testimonials, and address of at least two referees.
