We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience in Site Team Leader \u2013 Utilities position, which will based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager Utilities &amp; Processing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The incumbent will be responsible for;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supervising and controling site maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Upkeep services includes risk control, control of internal and external environmental building as well as grounds maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Develop the annual budget requirement for maintaining the building and site equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the requirement for asset refurbishment or Capex replacement<\/li>\n<li>Advise the Unit Manager \u2013 Utilities &amp; Processing on the budget requirement and identify the potential for cost saving.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange outsourced support and manage the procurement process to facilitate external services on Site environment.<\/li>\n<li>Identify PQCDSM opportunities and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Communicate benchmark shared learnings to team on building maintenance and site upkeep<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to Permit to Work where required with Audit compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure identified safety hazards online are managed to closure (including people behaviours)<\/li>\n<li>Attend and report into SHE Meeting<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise contractor maintenance activities on site buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risk assessments are conducted for all site maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the development and use of Supply Chain ways problem solving tools.<\/li>\n<li>Site 5S Performance Measurement and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Analyze water Usages and optimize energy usage across the site.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team performance discussions on PQCDSM<\/li>\n<li>Review and Manage building R&amp;M Spend<\/li>\n<li>Adherence and drive NOSA safety requirement across the site.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Output site services meet Environmental, Municipal and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to all Quality Systems standards such as ISO, HACCP, FSCC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical. Chemical &amp; Processing, Industrial); 3 \u2013 5 years as maintenance controller, specialist in utilities area with production and leadership experience in a FMCG environment.
