Currently, it is looking for Waste and\u00a0 Environmental Manager person who is self-motivated, committed, result driven to work with the\u00a0 company for the Waste and Environmental department<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Job Title :\u00a0<b>Waste and Environmental Manager\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Department :<\/b>\u00a0Waste and Environment Management<\/p>\n<p><b>Reports to :<\/b>\u00a0Managing Director<\/p>\n<p><b>Deadline\u00a0<\/b>:10th June, 2022 :<\/p>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimal qualification Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science and Management, Environmental Health Sciences or any related field<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language<\/li>\n<li>Must have computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Managerial skills<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At least three years working experience in the field of waste management \u2b9a Applicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal\u00a0 skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage statutory Compliance for all operations<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing collection, transportation and disposal of waste, to ensure its efficiency and\u00a0 prevent contamination \u2013 of air, land or water.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating disposal methods and developing new approach\/methods on waste\u00a0 management<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising team and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure\u00a0 everyone is performing their job properly<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Coordinate and supervise effectively all disposal activities at site<\/li>\n<li>Perform evaluations and report all effect of our operations at site<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Implement all company procedures, policies, guidelines and plans at the plant\u00a0 \u2219 Liaise with relevant bodies such as local authorities, public bodies and competent bodies \u2219 Negotiate waste and environmental service agreements and manage associated costs and\u00a0 revenues<\/li>\n<li>Set organizational sustainability targets, developing plans to meet those targets and\u00a0 oversee their delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Send your CV and copy of certificates via\u00a0<b>recruitment@tmhstz.com<\/b>\u00a0copy<b>\u00a0info@tmhstz.com<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tindwa medical and health service is local registered company dealing with providing Emergency\u00a0 Medical Services, Waste and Environmental Management, Occupation Health and safety both\u00a0 local and international and Medical Supplies Services.
