PURPOSE OF JOB:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.The purpose of the role is to build and manage rapport with corporate clients to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate Assets, Liability and Cash management products of the bank.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u2018Best in Class\u2019 Relationship Management with Corporate \u2013 \u2018Strengthening bank\u2019s brand in the Corporate arena.<\/p>\n<p>3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To manage the development of effective long-term liability with reputable companies and organizations in order to ensure Bank\u2019s maximum profitabilty<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify prospects<a href=\"httpsss:\/\/www.fursa.xyz\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">,<\/a>\u00a0target sectors, and convert in line with Bank\u2019s appetite<\/p>\n<p><b>3. RISK MANAGEMENT &amp;\u00a0 OPERATIONAL CONTROL<\/b><br \/>\nMaintain a high standard of operational control including adherence to Risk Management and Compliance guidelines.<br \/>\nKeeping updated with Exim\u2019s guidelines for its internal policies and procedures to mitigate financial loss and fraud within the bank.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying areas of improvement with internal processes in place.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/b><br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in business studies\/economics\/accounting or any other related.<br \/>\nAt least5years\u2019 experience in the banking industry and exposure to corporate environment<\/p>\n<p><b>5.
