The role concentrates on driving sales and ensuring Insurance penetration in the allocated branch grows, increasing productivity and monitoring performance. This includes training, attending to complaints and queries, and customer service duties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Accountability:\u00a0 Business Direction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate all Bancassurance activities conducted within the allocated zone<\/li>\n<li>Support all Bank departments on insurance matters<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management information as required<\/li>\n<li>Provides guidance and training to bank staff on insurance matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage end to end insurances process in the branches<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the insurance industry requirements as per the act or legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budget accountability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for achieving annual income targets as cascaded from Head of Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of progress towards achieving targets is done on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Active involvement and accountability for making purchase\/ refund business decisions within set limits<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with key clients or business influencers in the local area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9068680313\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<div>&gt;<strong>Accountability:\u00a0 People Management<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with Head of Insurance to agree business direction and ways of conducting insurance business<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with\u00a0 outlets ,operations centre\u00a0 to ensure\u00a0 full understanding of the insurance process &amp; procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist Head of Insurance in being main point of contact with all matters relating to insurance business in the branches<\/li>\n<li>Providing support and training\u00a0 on insurance matters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that branch staff own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.
