Applicants must be nationals of or legal residents in the country of assignment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Description of task<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the RCO Health Advisor and the Local Vaccine Deployment Coordinator, the national UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual client support by answering queries and conducting troubleshooting through e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face communications to facilitate registration, scheduling and completion of COVID-19 vaccination records for UN Staff, dependents, retirees, and associated INGO staff and eligible dependents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that both paper-based and electronic records of those vaccinated through the COVID-19 vaccination Programme across Tanzania are complete and up-to-date, so that all doses of vaccine can be accounted for.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct basic data analysis and prepare regular reports as required by the RCO and the LVDT Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Jointly with the LVD Coordinator and the RCO Health Advisor, organize the regular LVDT meetings, and maintain up-to-date minutes and records<\/li>\n<li>Any other assigned task that is relevant to the level of responsibility carried in this function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required degree level<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Educational additional comments<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Public Administration, Economics, Information Management, Social Sciences, or related subject.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with database management (Excel or other) is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Required experience<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 Months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9068680313\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Experience remark<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some affinity with Public Health would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p><b>Language skills<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English(Mandatory), Level \u2013 Fluent<\/li>\n<li>Kiswahili(Mandatory), Level \u2013 Fluent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Area of expertise<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Database design, administration and maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Area of expertise details<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Competencies values<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptability and Flexibility, Commitment and Motivation, Communication, Ethics and Values, Integrity, Professionalism, Working in Teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9068680313\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Application procedure<\/b><\/p>\n<p>* Not yet registered in the UNV Talent Pool?
