We are looking for candidates to fill new positions in the recently awarded USAID funded Tuhifadhi Maliasili Activity. The goal of the project is to address dynamics that hinder habitat connectivity and the long-term persistence of biodiversity in Tanzania. The positions will be based in Dar, Tanzania with some travel required to the project areas.<\/p>\n<p><b>Procurement and Administrative Assistant<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The candidate will provide overall management of project Logistical needs including but not limited to the processes of procurement (Local and International), and oversight of asset management and inventory control.<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills &amp; Abilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Additional professional training in procurement and logistics management preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of USAID procurement policies and regulations a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and procurement software;<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in general business administration and financial management;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Submit your CV and cover letter to\u00a0<b>Tuhifadhi_HR@rti.org<\/b>\u00a0with the name of the position you are applying for in the subject line by August 302021, RTI is an equal opportunity employer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>*No applicant will ever be asked for any payment either to secure a role with RTI International or as a follow-up to having been awarded a position with RTI International.
