duration:\u00a0 2 years\u2019 contract<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>To ensure business needs are addressed through definition and implementation of correct functional and technical requirements, proper translation of the requirements into functional and technical specifications and testing of delivered solution<\/p>\n<p>To manage projects schedule, scope, cost, quality, risks, procurements, change and stakeholders<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with projects sponsors to determine projects scope and vision<\/li>\n<li>Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers\/project teams<\/li>\n<li>Review solution designs as well as functional and technical specification documents<\/li>\n<li>Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood<\/li>\n<li>Work with functional leaders to help develop business cases for additional software development and\/or acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain product backlogs and design boards to monitor projects scope<\/li>\n<li>Interact with users to develop use cases, design specifications and testing scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Unit and QA testing to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate project kick off workshops and produce the project initiation documents<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate definition and approval of business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relevant governance and communication structures for all designated projects<\/li>\n<li>Serve diligently as chairperson of the program working committee and secretary of the project steering committee<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress against the program plan and institute corrective measures in the event of any deviations<\/li>\n<li>Manage changes to projects scope, budget, timelines and acceptance criteria in line with the agreed process<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate development of the testing strategy and plan test cases and scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the execution of system integration and user acceptance testing<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate a program\u2019s and respective projects\u2019 closure workshop and ensure lessons learned are identified and used to improve future practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins operations.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive Business Analysis skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Agile\/Scrum methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>A proven self-starter with ability to work under high pressure environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal, written and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in multi-national cultures and working styles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, organization and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced PC skills with excellent working knowledge of all relevant project software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Holder of a bachelor\u2019s degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Engineering, Business, Accounts or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Sound Business Analysis and Project Management background with practical\u00a0application in a busy large corporate setting for at least 5 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in Business Analysis Frameworks like CBAP\u00ae.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in one of the recognized project management methodologies e.g. PMP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, PRINCE2<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, AgilePM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Scrum, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems implementations especially on
