We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience in Manufacturing for a Maintenance Planner position, which will based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will report directly to the Packaging Engineer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible for;<\/p>\n<p>1. Maintenance planning and control<\/p>\n<p>2. Maintenance program development<\/p>\n<p>3. Breakdowns management<\/p>\n<p>4. Manage the Maintenance spares<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9068680313\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n5. Facilitate the teams risk management processes<\/p>\n<p>6. Ensure all assets care work complies with assets care standard<\/p>\n<p>7. Plan the execution of the autonomous maintenance and running schedule for the unit<\/p>\n<p>8. Provide specialist assets management support<\/p>\n<p>9. Assist and coach staff in asset management principle and application<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; Qualified artisan and 3 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment. Strong communication skills, good leadership qualities, good analytical skills, and a demonstrated high level of integrity.
