technical guidance to subordinates.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for compliance of safety measures within work area.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for housekeeping of his\/her work area.<\/li>\n<li>Executes the maintenance and servicing of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, MCC, PCC, MV &amp; LV switch boards, Battery charger, Plant lighting\/earthing system, HT\/LT motors, VFD, HT\/LT Cables and terminations etc. as per preventive maintenance schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Executes Work orders well in time with quality and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares various reports &amp; maintains documentation such as Power report, Maintenance check list, daily job report, maintenance history of equipments etc.<\/li>\n<li>Imparts training to subordinates.<\/li>\n<li>Update\u2019s maintenance data into SAP<\/li>\n<li>Spare part management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares PR, notifications, work order etc. in SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Installation, Testing, Operation &amp; Maintenance, Trouble shooting of Electrical equipment\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Job planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guide lines.<\/li>\n<li>Spare management of assigned area for smooth plant operation.<\/li>\n<li>Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Implements preventive maintenance schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains the maintenance records of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by Head of Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2021 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9068680313\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Education and Work Experienc<\/b>e<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience in manufacturing unit, preferably Cement manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and work experience of Installation, Testing, Trouble shooting, Operation &amp; Maintenance of Low, Medium and High Voltage system (i.e., MCC\/PCC\/MV &amp; LV switch boards etc.), HT\/LT Motors, Transformer, Substation\u2019s Indoor\/outdoor equipment\u2019s, Generator, Air conditioning system, cables &amp; cable termination, lighting\/earthing system, Electrical testing equipment\u2019s, Electrical and electronic Diagram and its interpretation, Basics of Computer, Battery charger etc.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of engineering drawing and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of Plant and equipment technology<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Electrical safety.<\/li>\n<li>Working experience of High voltage equipment\u2019s (At 11 KV voltage level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills and Behaviors<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good incident analysis skill<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of safety legislation and rules<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory skill<\/li>\n<li>Innovation &amp;
