The company was acquired by EABL in October 2010 and has three breweries located in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza and Moshi.<\/p>\n<p>SBL flagship brand is Serengeti Premium Lager. Other brands in the portfolio include Tusker Lager, Guinness, Kibo Gold, Pilsner and Senator. Headquartered in Dar es Salaam, SBL is also the distributor of several global Diageo international renowned spirits brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Gordon\u2019s, Bailey\u2019s and Captain Morgan<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and acquire the requirements for the shift Manage the human resource including development<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Foster good occupational health and environment Maintain good working relation within the team and with other shifts<\/li>\n<li>Manage the assets and processes on shift basis<\/li>\n<li>Manage costs Facilitate problem solving processes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lead continuous improvement initiatives at shift level<\/li>\n<li>Foster smooth two-way effective communication<\/li>\n<li>Effect generation of reports and records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma and above, Preferably BSc. in Chemistry or Chemical and Process Engineering,<\/li>\n<li>Food Science and Technology or Biochemistry.
