Applies relevant agronomic expertise to increase the pull from customers for Yara\u2019s products and solutions, follow up Distributors sales performance, based on reports from Yara Tanzania vs sales target per customer and per product.<\/p>\n<p>4.Collection of debts from customers of his (her) responsibility<\/p>\n<p>5.Proactively inform Commercial Managers about commercial and technical development of Yara Distributors under his (her) area of responsibility while collecting information of potential new Distributors<\/p>\n<p>6.Report monthly sales forecast information from customers, in order to build the Yara Tanzania total sales forecast and business plan<\/p>\n<p>7.Together with Marketing and Commercial Manager, participate in Agri-Fairs and assist customers that visit Yara booths.<\/p>\n<p>8.Support Agronomy department in preparation of crop programs to be offered and promoted to Distributors in the area of responsibility for key crops in that\u00a0 region.<\/p>\n<p><b>Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science in Agronomy<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience as an Agronomist in a commercial environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent technical agronomic skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Swahili languages<\/li>\n<li>Additional Information<\/li>\n<li>Sales driven mindset<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to relocate and travel extensively upcountry<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (advanced microsoft office applications)<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle driving licence (manual gear)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge grows through differences<\/p>\n<p>Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
