We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience in Manufacturing for a Process Controller position to be based in Mbeya. The successful candidate will report to the respective Manufacturing Team Leader.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Process Controller will be responsible in executing Supply Chain ways to drive Line performance; Identifying and analysing defects by driving autonomous maintenance; Ensuring all machine components are inspected to ensure workmanship standards are maintained; Maximizing yields and with high quality products; Link between machinery and quality characteristics; Carry out improvement actions to extend machines life; Reducing quality defects and start-up losses; Ensuring machine safety and 100% compliance of GMP.<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible in the execution of the production plan, ensuring that product meets all quality specifications, asset care through autonomous maintenance tasks and the resolution of production problems. Conducts work practice maturity assessments and\/or line walkabouts for own shift to ensure that best practices are being applied correctly and are entrenched. Review and sign off of shift performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety Management and ensuring that all required administrative tasks in support of the production team are carried out.<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, Experience &amp; Education<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; Qualified artisan and 3 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment.
