To read all meters within the assigned area timely, efficiently and accurately;<\/p>\n<p>ii. To dispatch monthly water bills to customers using the most customer friendly techniques;<\/p>\n<p>iii. To ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual collection target are met;<\/p>\n<p>iv. To ensure all Authority revenue is collected;<\/p>\n<p>v. To report illegal connections;<\/p>\n<p>vii. To report abnormal customers\u2019 water consumption trends if observed;<\/p>\n<p>viii. To keep and maintain meter reading records according to standard procedures;<\/p>\n<p>ix. To report water leakages and wastage to the relevant officer;<\/p>\n<p>x. To report any faulty meter to the relevant officer; and<\/p>\n<p>xi. To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) plus certificate in either Business Administration, Marketing or Accountancy.
