Initially, the programme will begin with few schools in Dar es Salaam and later on more schools will be supported.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, CoNAS is inviting qualified University of Dar es Salaam BSc. (Education) graduates to apply as volunteer teachers of Mathematics and Science subjects in selected Secondary Schools in<br \/>\nDar es Salaam.<\/p>\n<h3>Duration of the Teaching Support<\/h3>\n<p>The duration for teaching is three months, effective from April 2021.<\/p>\n<h3>Volunteer\u2019s Eligibility Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>The eligible applicant is required to have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor degree in Science with Education in any of the following in his\/her subject\u2019s combination: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.<\/li>\n<li>Should not be employed elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li>Should have reliable accommodation in Dar es Salaam.<\/li>\n<li>Should have completed his\/her bachelor degree within the past four years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Number of Volunteers<\/h3>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nThe programme announces 16 positions of volunteers who will be divided in four selected schools in Dar es Salaam.<\/p>\n<h3>Application Procedures<\/h3>\n<p>Applicants meeting the eligibility requirements should send a one-page application letter together with Curriculum Vitae (maximum two pages);<\/p>\n<p>a copy of Bachelor\u2019s degree transcript; a copy of Bachelor\u2019s degree certificate;<\/p>\n<p>and two letters from academic referees to the Principal, College of Natural and Applied Sciences\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:viavprincipal.conas@udsm.ac.tz\">viavprincipal.conas@udsm.ac.tz<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>copy\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:tovfsnyaki@udsm.ac.tz\">tovfsnyaki@udsm.ac.tz<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nyaki76@yahoo.com\">nyaki76@yahoo.com<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shortlisted applicants will be informed on the date to attend an oral interview via their email addresses and phone numbers.<\/p>\n<h3>Application Deadline<\/h3>\n<p>The deadline for submission of application is two weeks from the date of announcement (17th March 2021).
