The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a fast paced environment and have the ability to progress quickly in their field.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u200bResponsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Stock Management<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives incoming stock and confirms quantity against delivery note and reports any discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that offloading, loading and stacking procedures &amp; all relevant SOPs are followed at all time<\/li>\n<li>Performs stock-in and stock-out as per SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Conducts weekly stocktakes at the assigned shop and sends report to the Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Ensures Shops SOPs adherence to maintain optimal storage conditions for all stock in the shop<\/li>\n<li>Investigates any variances in the assigned shop<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the movement of stocks from the shop to customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensures stock is only dispatched after payment confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Checks that the shop is secured at all time to ensure the safety of all stocks<\/li>\n<li>Physically checks that the store is in good and clean condition at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><b>Customer Service<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives orders from customers<\/li>\n<li>Performs sales as required<\/li>\n<li>Generates invoices and provides all invoicing related documents required for each sale<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers by making transport arrangements for their purchases with third party vendors when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Attends to customer queries and complaints and sends the appropriate feedback to the Superior<\/li>\n<li>Makes regular follow-ups with existing customers to gain insight and feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualifications and Skill:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting and other related fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Stores management<\/li>\n<li>Accounting experience is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>A people person with strong people and customer service skillsStrong leadership and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills (Computer literacy, knowledge in Inventory management systems)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019 Links AD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9648899391\" data-ad-format=\"link\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nAll qualified and interested candidates shall send their CVs ONLY to\u00a0<b>recruitment@evolvepeople.co.tz<\/b>\u00a0by 24th March 2021.
