This opportunity is for candidates who want to make a difference in the lives of others and will involve an extensive amount of hands-on training to be conducted.<\/p>\n<p><b>Education Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a Master\u2019s Degree in either Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with Labor Laws and has attended CMA Court<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Experience Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Management<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills to enable communication with a wide audience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid communication and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of HSE issues and can conduct HSE Training when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Candidate to have worked in a firm of at least 100 employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Instructions to all candidates:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.
