We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader DTH, who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally. He\/She will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Retention Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service Team Leader DTH will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading a team in design, implementation, and execution strategies that manage customer touchpoints activation\/onboarding service support, to improve subscriber, payment channels and posting, retention processes, and exposure to customer retention and revenue risks;<\/li>\n<li>Manage service support for ZUKU TV Tanzania base and resource in line with KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Achieve budgeted financial goals in the key ajira customer retention KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Drive customer-centric analysis of customer base and market information<\/li>\n<li>Point of referral for after-sales, retention strategy, and escalations<\/li>\n<li>Provide a report on customer management operations and performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>4 years of Customer service experience in business development.
