VFT-MFB is seeking to employ a dynamic and committed Tanzanian young men &amp; women who have passion for people\u2019s economic development to fill in the vacant positions detailed here below;<\/p>\n<p>Work reference no. 001<\/p>\n<p>Position:\u00a0<b>Senior People and Culture Officer<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: Head of People and Culture (HPC)<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for Assisting\/ supporting the Head People and Culture in facilitating all personnel related issues (recruitment, training, talent management &amp; performance management) in accordance with VFT \u2013 MFB\u2019s policies<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Main tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and update manpower plan and succession plan.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for recruitment, advise the HPC on shortlisted candidates to ensure that the organization has the required quality of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare P &amp; C budget for Board approval.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update Compensation and Package Scheme.<\/li>\n<li>Work with HPC to prepare position matrices for staff and design staff positions and HAY grades in accordance with the organization changes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor report and suggest appropriate actions with regards to staff turnover.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for P&amp;C\/HR manual review.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure annual staff training plan &amp; budget.<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with HoD develops and reviews staff update\/training manuals\/modules.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the HPC to coordinate Our Voice survey &amp; reporting, monitor the implementation of the identified gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent coaching for performance conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all employment contracts and ensure timely update of staff contract in accordance to the country labor laws.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track on all legal issues in liaison with Advocates and Department\/ Business Centre &amp; Branch Managers on matters arising from different areas of operations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to the P&amp;C whistleblower committee on policies &amp; regulations governing staff disciplinary and other related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Staff Monthly reports and newsletters when due.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to daily employees\u2019 questions\/issues timely and in an appropriate manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Education\/Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in a professional HR environment<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and training in the Labour laws in Tanzania<\/li>\n<li>Experience with and proficiently in using Human resource information systems<\/li>\n<li>Payroll management and experience in benefits administration is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Special \/ Personal Abilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly developed sense of reliability and correctness<\/li>\n<li>Excellent trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and analytical<\/li>\n<li>Very good planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Micro Soft office applications<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail- oriented<\/li>\n<li>Model and demonstrates effective Christian leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About our working environment &amp; remuneration.<\/p>\n<p>VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank has a calm and harmonious working environment where staffs are highly valued.
