The successful candidate will\u00a0 identify the development needs of students, work directly with department officials, maintain a\u00a0 productive learning environment, and stay up to date on important student affairs. You should be\u00a0 professional, highly organized, and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and manage the admissions office and all programs related to this office. \u25aa Serve as a liaison between institution administrators and student departments. \u25aa Create and implement department goals, policies, budgets and working procedures. \u25aa Assess the needs of the student body and respond in a timely and effective manner. \u25aa Provide structure and proactive leadership to ensure college development.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to students on issues related to the institution policies, department processes,\u00a0 and student services.<\/li>\n<li>Direct and manage numerous student incentive programs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular department evaluations to determine efficiency, and if required, recommend\u00a0 solutions for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual statistical reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Age 30 and above years<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in social sciences programs such as psychology, Administration, sociology, education or\u00a0 human behaviors from an accredited college or university.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong understanding of higher education institution policies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills and Computer literacy skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>LIBRARIAN:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Librarian to join our team. As a librarian, you will\u00a0 perform a range of duties such as cataloging library resources, maintaining library records, managing\u00a0 budgets. For this position, you will have to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, as a great part\u00a0 of your job will involve interacting with the local community including staffs and students.
