We offer flexibility in how you work that helps you do your job in a way that suits you, opportunities to help you grow and progress throughout your career and a choice of benefits to suit your lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role purpose:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The head of Innovation and Care is responsible for leading and managing the digital innovation &amp; Care that delivers end to end digital innovation that is meant to not only improve user experience but also company revenue.<\/li>\n<li>This role is responsible for recruiting, maintaining and growing appropriate digital applications and solutions as well as improving digital channels for customer touch points.<\/li>\n<li>To define and execute digital strategies taking innovation as a critical pillar in the digital transformation. Management of P&amp;L for the portfolio while working together with other technology and commercial teams on delivering the relevant digital solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive down operational cost by executing the Vodacom digital strategy in the shortest possible time using the existing digital squad and relevant partners.<\/li>\n<li>Establish digital Innovation and Care KPIs (dashboard) and reporting tools for continuously improvement in the overall performance of the division\/sub function.<\/li>\n<li>To lead in living the Vodafone spirit way.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a clear roadmap for the care channels (MyVodacom App, web) and other digital channel to align with Vodafone\/Vodacom digital strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><script async src=\"httpsss:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- 2019-CreativeAD --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"8884173138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>Must have technical \/ professional qualifications:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics Computer Science, Information Systems, Any engineering degree,<\/li>\n<li>A postgraduate qualification in the above fields is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ten or more years of experience in Telecom business, preferably in building and managing large innovation engines<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Five to seven years of leadership responsibilities in large delivery organizations, managing cross-functional teams and\/or organization-wide programs, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively within complex context<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in commercial, Value added and digital services<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in leading innovation functions through digital transformations in complex and dynamic environments, in order to take advantage of digital opportunities and enable digital business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience and knowledge of digital and Telecommunications industries strongly preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibility<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the digital Innovation organization and Care program portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Enable the digital vision by leading Commercial and technical delivery aligned with the digital vision, strategy, and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates and empowers teams in achieving high performances in Innovation Solution delivery, ensuring quality standards are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Establish an Innovation culture of passion for new products and services while relentless improvement to the digital society<\/li>\n<li>Direct recruitment, capacity, performance and finances for the digital Innovation and care<\/li>\n<li>Manage sourcing strategy and strategic vendor\/partner\u00a0 relationships to achieve goals of innovation, speed and efficiency in a very cost effective way<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modern Marketing Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Data Flow and Decisioning<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Always on Marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Commitment from Vodacom<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vodacom is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a flexible, motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognized, developed and rewarded.
