TATC\u2019s mission is to develop a reputable capacity for automotive engineering by conducting research and innovation, technology transfer and quality assurance services.<\/p>\n<p>TATC is wholly owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Ministry of Defence and National Service (MoDNS).<\/p>\n<p>TATC seeks to recruit intelligent and result-oriented Tanzanians with high integrity to fill 6 vacant posts mentioned below:-<\/p>\n<p><b>RECORD MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT II\u00a0<\/b>-1\u00a0 POST<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Personnel and Administration Manager<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To receive files, deliver to the appropriate officer and collects and returns them to registry.<\/li>\n<li>To open relevant files according to record keeping regulations.<\/li>\n<li>To keep record of movement of files according to laid down procedures<\/li>\n<li>To trace, locate and retrieves movement files when needed by officers.<\/li>\n<li>To receive and register all official documents brought in the registry.<\/li>\n<li>To arrange documents and files in ranking or cabinets in the registry.<\/li>\n<li>To file documents in the appropriate files.<\/li>\n<li>To record and arrange efficient\u00a0 \u00a0and\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 timely dispatch of all correspondence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Holder of advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSE) or Certificate of Secondary<\/p>\n<p>Education (CSE) with pass in Kiswahili and English language and Certificate in Records Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
