Pristine 4th Media is seeking a Social Media Management Intern. The position is available for 3 months with employment opportunities post-internship for a successful candidate. Pristine 4th Media is a locally owned and operated media agency dedicated to assisting non-governmental organizations in Tanzania. We specialize in the development and production of organizational content to enhance their communication with different stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Create content and best practices<\/li>\n
  • Manages the company\u2019s social media accounts and posts content<\/li>\n
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas<\/li>\n
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn<\/li>\n
  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns<\/li>\n
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service<\/li>\n
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and\/or sales<\/li>\n
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes<\/li>\n
  • Assists in creating performance reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desired Skills & Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strong knowledge of leading social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, etc.) and viral content as well as knowledge of emerging trends and technologies<\/li>\n
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members<\/li>\n
    • Must be extremely resourceful with a \u201ccan-do\u201d & \u201cI\u2019ll find a way\u201d attitude<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), excel, Powerpoint, MS word<\/li>\n
    • Video production experience is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
