{"id":18270,"date":"2020-10-21T11:00:36","date_gmt":"2020-10-21T08:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/?p=18270"},"modified":"2020-10-20T20:06:25","modified_gmt":"2020-10-20T17:06:25","slug":"18270-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/18270-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunities at NMB Bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"post-title entry-title\">Job Opportunity at NMB Bank, Senior Coverage Manager, SME<\/h3>\n<div class=\"post-header\">\n<div class=\"post-header-line-1\"><b>Senior Coverage Manager, SME\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"post-body-1348789728317909398\" class=\"post-body entry-content\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for growing both Assets &amp; Liabilities (Deposits) of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), advising the department on business strategy and guiding Relationship Managers\/Business Bankers\/Relationship Officers in recruiting business customers to ensure SME business growth.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving sales of SME loans and deposits throughout the zone (covering Branches, Business Centre\u2019s and Hubs)<\/li>\n<li>Appraisal of high value SME credit applications above the Relationship Managers limit; from the respective zones and provide recommendations for decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Take a leading role in guiding Relationship Managers\/Business Bankers\/Relationship Officers in growing asset book and mobilizing deposits from SME segment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Relationship\/Business Managers to prepare appropriate financial structure for managing risks and realizing economic value (pricing)<\/li>\n<li>Advise the Senior Manager SME, Sales &amp; Retention on different strategies relating to Business Banking development and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Actively build capacity of Relationship Managers through on-going mentoring and support to encourage business growth and portfolio quality.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring departmental budgets, ensuring RM sales targets are achieved within reasonable timelines<\/li>\n<li>Preparing budget and projections for the zones managed.
