IT Infrastructure Officer<\/b><\/p>\n

IT Network & Communication Officer<\/p>\n

Direct Report: Unit Head<\/p>\n

Job Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n

The Infrastructure officer will ensure that the bank\u2019s Network and and Infrastructure Systems are available and securely supported .<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Monitor and Manage the Local Area Network (LAN) & Wide Area Network (WAN)<\/li>\n
  • Perform network troubleshooting & diagnose common network problems<\/li>\n
  • Installing & Identifying upgrades to the network<\/li>\n
  • Assist on administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of backup \/ disaster recovery plan for network emergency<\/li>\n
  • Plan network infrastructure for new applications<\/li>\n
  • Ensure documentation on all Network & Server systems is maintained & updated regularly<\/li>\n
  • Assist in administering, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the Bank\u2019s key IT Infrastructure Servers, SAN, Operating Systems, Active Directory structure, Email Messaging servers<\/li>\n
  • Performing all other duties as administered by your supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Degree in Computer Science \/Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication engineering, Information Technology or equivalent<\/li>\n
    • Relevant experience in implementing IT applications in a banking \/financial institution environment<\/li>\n
    • An understanding of IT infrastructure and networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Job Purpose:<\/b><\/p>\n

      IT Business Support Officer will ensure the smooth running of all the Banks Business Systems and internal channel applications.<\/p>\n

      Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

      • Support of all channel applications<\/li>\n
      • Execution of daily backups and monitoring checklists<\/li>\n
      • Support on other Business Systems<\/li>\n
      • Supervise Execution of EOD reports & Procedures<\/li>\n
      • Supervise application support on Business Systems<\/li>\n
      • Ensure no unauthorized physical and logical accesses are gained into the Data Centre and the Systems respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n

          IT risk manager will deal with security, availability and performance of systems and ensure compliance of various regulatory requirements internally and from external governing bodies<\/p>\n

          • Develop and implement IT risk management strategies and framework for the Bank<\/li>\n
          • Creation of relevant IT baselines for every IT function<\/li>\n
          • Perform periodic review of IT policies and procedures Qualifications<\/li>\n
          • Degree in Computer Science \/ Information Technology or equivalent<\/li>\n
          • Relevant experience in IT risk management, IT audit or IT security management<\/li>\n
          • Familiarity with service delivery culture and support function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
