Where needed, propose corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Establish and maintain relationships with various company stakeholders (shareholders, banks, auditors, customers and suppliers).<\/li>\n<li>Implement and review internal control processes, based on the group rules.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Oversee daily and monthly accounts department activities. Approve order requests and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Cashflow and treasury planning.<\/li>\n<li>Assist operating departments in achieving their targets through monitoring of stock, finding financing solutions and review product pricing<\/li>\n<li>Local and international travel gathering information, evaluate business and present business situations or plans as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor group COCE and Anti-Trust and Corruption policies<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the Compliance department, HR department and IT department in addition to the accounts department.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Min.8 years\u2019 experience in similar role in a major company or division of a large corporation.<\/li>\n<li>A Certified Public Accountant\/Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/cvpeopletanzania.zohorecruit.com\/jobs\/Careers\/594044000000674402\/Finance-Director?source=CareerSite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CVPeople Tanzania | Full time&nbsp; Finance Director Dar es salaam , Tanzania Job Description &nbsp; Responsible for financial reporting (statutory reporting &amp; shareholder reporting) and ensure compliance with the Tanzania governing legislation and company accounting rules.
