The Company was established on 17th May 2017 to undertake development and operate leather industries in Karanga area, Moshi Municipality.<\/p>\n

KLICL intends to hire qualified, energetic, dynamic and proactive Tanzanian to fill the positions below exists in the organization structure…<\/p>\n

JOB TITLE:\u00a0SALES REPRESENTATIVES<\/b>\u00a03 POSITIONS<\/p>\n

REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES<\/b><\/p>\n

Holder of Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and marketing or its equivalent from a recognized Institution with at least Two (2) year work experience in the field of sales and marketing.<\/p>\n

Computer skills are essential.<\/p>\n

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n

a) Sell KLICL products in allocated areas<\/p>\n

b) Provide excellent customer service to clients<\/p>\n

c) Attend customer complaints in his\/her area of operation so as to maintain good customer relationship and protect Company’s interest<\/p>\n

d) Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales<\/p>\n

e) Prepare daily and weekly sales plan and submit sales report including meeting sales target<\/p>\n

f) open up and develop new markets in his\/her area of operation that in turn will translate into higher sales<\/p>\n

g) Ensure that the Company Sales outlet is clean and attractively arranged<\/p>\n

h) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

      KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n

      a) Determine long-term sales strategies by sourcing new customers and establish distribution centers<\/p>\n

      b) Responsible for sales of the KLICL products in different segments in Tanzania.<\/p>\n

      c) Assist in preparations of sales presentations for customers meeting<\/p>\n

      d) Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales<\/p>\n

      e) Assist in negotiation and closing business on behalf of the Company<\/p>\n

      f) Represent the Company on different marketing opportunities\/events<\/p>\n

      g) Assist in preparing and managing the approved KLICL marketing budget<\/p>\n

      l) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n

        • Holder of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance any other related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably from a reputable manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n
        • Must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n

          a) Ensures that all accounting documents are properly filed<\/p>\n

          b) Prepares invoices from bills<\/p>\n

          c) Prepares revenue accounts schedules and reconciliation<\/p>\n

          d) Maintains the employees\u2019 ledger for staff advances, loans and duty travel imprests<\/p>\n

          e) Maintains accurate and up-to-date debtor\u2019s registers.<\/p>\n
