The company intends to hire a Marketing and Administrative Assistant.<\/p>\n<p>Position:\u00a0<b>Marketing and Administrative Assistant<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential customers and market the company products and services<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify marketing trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze consumer rating reports\/ questionnaires and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Compose and post online content on the company\u2019s social media accounts.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintaining a customer database.<\/li>\n<li>Promote brand awareness among customers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze market data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in exhibitions, events to represent the compan<\/li>\n<li>Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company\u2019s activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in online advertising and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Two years\u2019 experience in marketing or sales role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online application<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Age between 24 \u2013 35 years<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of office management and marketing principles<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to apply<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>Interested applicants should send their CV and application letter to email address:\u00a0<b>salhapcompany@gmail.com\u00a0<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Deadline is 17th September 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SALHAP COMPANY LIMITED is a professional facilities management company based in Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
