VFT- MFB is an equal opportunity employer that needs dynamic, loyal and committed young men &amp; women who have passion for people\u2019s economic development to fill in the vacant positions detailed here below:<\/p>\n<p>Work reference no. 003<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: Regional Manager<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and supervise all employees at the branch; Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership of the branch<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and oversee all banking procedures and processes including regulatory compliances.<\/li>\n<li>Drive targets of Accounts, Savings book, Loans, and Insurance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the approval of loans, line credits, fiscal plans and ensure that loan issued are collected on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective customer service and satisfaction to bank customers.<\/li>\n<li>Market branch within the community to attract business.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the branch budget, preparation of the budget and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Main tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and control liquidity, branch operations and oversees implementation of internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Implement policies and procedures at VFT-MFB at field<\/li>\n<li>Chair Branch Credit committee and participate I evaluating, approving or rejects loans according to the policies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the branch meets the set targets against business plan review and endorses loan for approval, restructuring and para-legal<\/li>\n<li>Plan and initiate promotional measures within target market of the Branch and champions loan collection<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of all documents, requirement of quality loans before disbursement<\/li>\n<li>Review legal documents and security files of approved loans and assists Legal counsel in matters involving remedial account management<\/li>\n<li>Champion savings mobilization, Develop and maintain good working relationship<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with People &amp; Culture on staff recruitment, replacement, development, promotions and proper exits of branch staff with support from Regional Manager<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff attendance, duty distribution and monitors staff performance, evaluation, appraisals and PIP<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission of Branch reports and provide feedback to Branch staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education\/Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of oral &amp; written English<\/li>\n<li>Very good analytical &amp; reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in credit management, savings &amp; deposit operations<\/li>\n<li>Masters in Marketing, Business Administration\/Accounting is an added advantage Special \/ Personal Abilities<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed sense of reliability and correctness<\/li>\n<li>Excellent trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and analytical<\/li>\n<li>Very good planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Micro Soft office applications<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Model and demonstrates effective Christian leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About our working environment &amp; remuneration<\/p>\n<p>VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank has a calm and harmonious working environment where staffs are highly valued.
