GRADUATE TRAINEE<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 TREASURY ACCOUNTANT<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n

Prepare the monthly summary reconciliation and Priority Accounting Control reports on a monthly basis.
\nReconcile account on a daily basis and post all adjusting entries in cash books.
\nManaging upcountry petty cash by ensuring monthly posting are made to SAP and reconciliation is made between petty Cash and SAP balances
\nPerform month end reconciliation of all accounts by for the approval of the FM\/TRM.
\nFollow up and justify all bank charges and bank interests, for all banks where possible, by requesting banks to provide detailed work sheets
\nPreparing banking\/transfers to the respective banks in time and file the returned copies on their respective files
\nFilling of all office documents relating to Treasury office on to their respective files.
\nPreparation of payments statutory payment ie\u00a0 payment to\u00a0 \u00a0TRA\u00a0 (PAYE & Payroll Levy) and\u00a0 NSSF and ensure deadline are meet
\nWhen required may be called to work with Assistant\u00a0 in preparing payments to our suppliers, contractors, transporters, customs and staff
\nCover any other position as per current requirement within finance section<\/p>\n

The job involve both office and out of office assignments.<\/p>\n

Candidate profile<\/b><\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in the field of accountancy, business and finance.
\nJob holder must be skilled in handling accounting records.
\nComputer literacy \u2013 Microsoft Office, Experienced in using Accounting Packages
\nGood interpersonal skills.
\nGood organizational skills.
\nExperienced in handling different banking details.
\nProficient in mathematics and should be capable of handling the finances with ease.

GRADUATE TRAINEE\u00a0\u2013 FIELD MERCHANDISER\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n

The Field Merchandiser is in charge of diversification activities in several service stations and will work in conjunction with the Network Sales Teams, and the Category Manager. He\/She optimizes sales and margins for each shop thanks to actions on products, merchandising, promotion and prices.<\/p>\n

He\/she is in charge of the installation of SFS concepts (Shops, Products Order, Meal Service, Maintenance)
\nHe\/she is responsible for the implementation of Product Offer, Merchandising Plans in the shop (defined by Category manager \/ SFS Manager). He must ensure the follow-up of these actions in shops
\nHe\/she is responsible for the implementation of communication tools, highlighting products, promotions in shop.
\nHe\/she must follow figures within his perimeter of stations: turnover, margin, stocks, shrinkage, prices\u2026
\nHe\/she must forward information to SFS Manager and to Territory Managers about anomalies in shops and implements remedial actions and about potential changes in shop.
\nHe\/she analyzes the competition and the stations\u2019 trading areas so as to be able to locally optimize the SFS offerings (range, merchandising, promotion\u2026)
\nHe\/she optimizes with Station Managers and Territory Managers the management of stocks in the shops
\nHe\/she complies with HSEQ rules and regulations (e.g. respecting hygiene procedures, the cold chain etc.)
\nEnsures the integration of food safety requirement into contracts with supplier and contractors
\nParticipates in investigations following incidents (consumer complaints, microbiological deviations, incidents detected during inspection and audit.<\/p>\n

\nGood knowledge of the Network or experience in distribution of FMCG in supermarkets.
