Main Duties<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Promoting and Branding the company and introducing new products to the market.<\/li>\n
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the market team meets their targets and goals.<\/li>\n
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding costumer\u2019s requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\u2019s marketing goals.<\/li>\n
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.<\/li>\n
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.<\/li>\n
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet their objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.<\/li>\n
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies<\/li>\n
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered<\/li>\n
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels<\/li>\n
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits<\/li>\n
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Candidate Specifications:<\/b>
    \nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree
    \nExperience: 5 years
    \nSkills: Communication Skills , Marketing and Sales skills , Leadership skills , Negotiation skills , numerical skills
    \nAbility to: Work under pressure , Promote teamwork , Working effectively with teams across geographically-distributed Canters of Excellence , Communicate and influence effectively , ability to provide exceptional customer service
    \nCulture: Multicultural
    \nKnowledge of: Extensive knowledge of industry practices, procedures, and market trends.

    Minimum Qualifications<\/b>
