VFT-MFB is an equal opportunity employer that needs dynamic, loyal and committed young men &amp; women who have passion for people\u2019s economic development to fill in the vacant positions detailed here below;<\/p>\n<p>Work reference no. 002<\/p>\n<p>Position:\u00a0<b>Business Performance Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads and oversees the work of Business Centre and Branch employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensures timely submission of periodic Performance targets and appraisals<\/li>\n<li>Periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of the effectiveness of the existing performance management system and making necessary changes<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff capacity building and development in a value adding manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Main tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures efficient performance by coordinating and controlling Branch\/Business Centre operations<\/li>\n<li>Develops Branch\/Business Centre business plan and annual workEnsures that Risks are kept within the scope<\/li>\n<li>Implements policies and procedures at VFT-MFB<\/li>\n<li>Markets VFT-MFB loan products and champions growth<\/li>\n<li>Oversees implementations of all internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Field office administration by reviewing legal documents and security files of approved loans and assists Legal counsel in matters involving remedial account management<\/li>\n<li>Champions savings mobilization, Develop and maintain good working relationship<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with People &amp; Culture on staff recruitment, replacement, development, promotions and proper exits of Branch\/Business Centre staff with support from regional Manager<\/li>\n<li>Monitors staff performance and coordinates with People &amp; Culture on performance evaluation, appraisals and PIP<\/li>\n<li>Ensures timely submission of Branch\/Business Centre reports, attends Branch\/Business Centre Manager\u2019s meetings and provide feedback to Branch\/Business Centre staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education\/Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of oral &amp; written English<\/li>\n<li>Very good analytical &amp; reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in credit management, savings &amp; deposit operations<\/li>\n<li>Masters in\u00a0 Marketing,\u00a0 \u00a0 Business Administration\/Accounting is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Special \/ Personal Abilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly developed sense of reliability and correctness<\/li>\n<li>Excellent trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and analytical<\/li>\n<li>Very good planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Micro Soft office applications<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Model and demonstrates effective Christian leadership<\/li>\n<li>About our working environment &amp; remuneration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank has a calm and harmonious working environment where staffs are highly valued.
