VFT-MFB is an equal opportunity employer that needs dynamic, loyal and committed young men &amp; women who have passion for people\u2019s economic development to fill in the vacant positions detailed here below;<\/p>\n<p>Work reference no. 001<\/p>\n<p>Position:\u00a0<b>Head of Risk and Compliance<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify risks, prioritize and measures current and foreseeable risks<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that Risks are kept within the scope<\/li>\n<li>Develop clear annual Risk objectives for VFT-MFB<\/li>\n<li>Asses and identify risks areas of implementing audit findings, regulators concern and other bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Main tasks<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heads &amp; Supervises Risk and Compliance Department<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks, prioritize and measures current risks<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that Risks are kept within the scope<\/li>\n<li>Develop clear annual Risk objectives for VFT-MFB<\/li>\n<li>Asses and identify risks areas of implementing audit findings, regulators concern and other bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Risk Policy for VFT-MFB and Compliance standard<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for AML\/CFT cases and ensure proper handling of the case<\/li>\n<li>Trains and orient staff on AML and CFT awareness<\/li>\n<li>Work with Board Credit and Risk Committee<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing and implementing of Compliance Monitoring Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training to VFT-MFB staff on bank policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as consumer protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education\/Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master \/Post graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration\/Law\/Accounting, Risk Management<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of oral &amp; written English<\/li>\n<li>Very good analytical &amp; reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in credit management of which 3 must be at Management level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Special \/ Personal Abilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Highly developed sense of reliability and correctness<br \/>\nVery good communication skills and an effective trainer<br \/>\nInnovative and analytical<br \/>\nVery good planning skills<br \/>\nMust have above average skills in using Micro Soft office applications<br \/>\nMust be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented<br \/>\nCommitted Christian<\/p>\n<p><b>About our working environment &amp; remuneration.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank has a calm and harmonious working environment where staffs are highly valued.
