To properly record the time used to restore, repair, respond to customer complaints or breakdowns; and<br \/>\niv. To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.<\/p>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/b><br \/>\nForm IV or VI plus Diploma either in Marketing, Business Administration (majoring Marketing) or Public Relations from registered and recognized Institution.
