It is a grassroots community development organization established in 2002 to provide financial and technical support to communities in Mara region, Tanzania, to effect social, economic and environmental change. GRA\u2019s core activities include a tree planting project, provision of full educational support to more than 100 orphans in Mara region, and provision of plant-based alternative therapy.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/li>\n<li>Provide executive support to the Executive Director<\/li>\n<li>Act as liaison between GRA-Tanzania and partners and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>When directed, attend external and internal meetings on behalf of the Executive Director<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other duties that will be assigned by the Executive Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, operations, finance, office management or related field of study<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the preparation of budgets and financial management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multi-task environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop written reports<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and deliver high-quality results<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>High written and oral skills communication in English and Kiswahili<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job application procedure<\/b><br \/>\nSend application, before 20th July 2020, to:\u00a0<b>tarablasco@gmail.com<\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vacancy title:\u00a0Administrative Coordinator Global Resource Alliance \u2013 Tanzania (GRA \u2013 Tanzania) Duty Station: Within Tanzania , Musoma , East Africa JOB DETAILS: Global Resource Alliance \u2013 Tanzania (GRA \u2013 Tanzania) is a non-profit organization registered and operating in Tanzania.
