Job Purpose
\nTo manage and coordinate the development, implementation, launch of products through all mode of subscriptions and ensure continue positive, growing revenue stream in all products. Also manage and ensure a profitable pricing position in comparison to the market.<\/p>\n

Core responsibilities<\/b>
\nDefine the pricing strategy to ensure product profitability
\n\u2022 Manage Business case accuracy before execution of initiatives
\n\u2022 Manage and initiate implementation of tracking tools for proactive monitoring of product performance and product initiatives
\n\u2022 Lead in designing and developing Voice and Data offers followed by continuous monitoring and impact analysis
\n\u2022 Manage the execution and communication of all Voice and Data initiatives
\n\u2022 Lead in the budget, forecasting exercises for Voice and Data; and reporting performance with relevant stakeholder for business visibility
\n\u2022 Manage all business intelligence activities from planning, KPIs & objectives definition to presenting results to the top management
\n\u2022 Evaluate business cases, pricing techniques and elasticity models to be implemented for Voice and Data initiatives
\n\u2022 Conduct market\/competitive analysis and work with other products, segments and marketing managers to form shared views of the marketplace
\n\u2022 Manage customer experience before and after all changes
\n\u2022 Product development process management
\n\u2022 Market analysis and Voice & Data product development
\n\u2022 Generate product ideas through the product development process
\n\u2022 Support the production of concept briefs including specifications
\n\u2022 Provide feasibility analyses for (re)new products and services, including the coordination of relevant business cases
\n\u2022 Proactively monitor key customer facing platforms to make sure that customer have a good quality of service; raise issues to technical teams in due time
\n\u2022 Evaluate products and services specifications and initiate and realize changes if necessary, taking into account internal and external customer demands and sentiments, while following the established approval process, leading to the constant improvement of products and services.
\n\u2022 Support (Knowledge Centre) & Lead Internet and Voice Innovation
\nPerform constant benchmarking of Voice and data portfolio Vs other market players
\nDrive the development of product concept briefs<\/p>\n

Qualification<\/b>
\n\u2022 Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Economics, Financial technology or related fields
\n\u2022 Telecommunication experience, preferably with experience in product management<\/p>\n
