Our office<br \/>\nis located at PSSSF TOWER (formerly PPF tower) 4 th floor, Ohio Street, Posta Dar es Salaam<br \/>\nWe are looking for competitive Insurance Sales and marketing executives to help us expand our<br \/>\nbusiness by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. The goal is to formulate strong<br \/>\nrelationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm\u2019s prestige.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones<\/li>\n<li>Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc<\/li>\n<li>Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans<\/li>\n<li>Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors<\/li>\n<li>Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records<\/li>\n<li>Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation<\/li>\n<li>Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill all company-established policy obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative<\/li>\n<li>Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent skills in communication and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Remuneration:<\/b><br \/>\nCompetitive packages will be provided for those who will qualify for the job<\/p>\n<p><b>How to apply<\/b><br \/>\nSend your CV and cover letter through\u00a0<b>info@raptorsinsurance.co.tz<\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Postion: Sales and Marketing Executives\u00a0(10posts) Job description Raptors insurance brokers (T) Limited is a private company, registered in Tanzania under Tanzania\u2019s Company Act 2002.
