PLUMBER II<\/b>\u00a0(2 POST) (Internship)<\/p>\n

The Nzega Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (NZUWASA) is a legally established entity responsible for the overall operations and management of water supply and sanitation services in Nzega Town.<\/p>\n

The core function of the Authority is to provide clean, portable and wholesome water to Nzega District residence<\/p>\n

In order to attain its vision and mission, NZUWASA is seeking to recruit dynamic, experienced, competent and qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacant posts within the Authority\u2019s establishment.<\/p>\n

PLUMBER II\u00a0<\/b>(2 POST)<\/p>\n

Reports To: Technical Manager<\/p>\n

Direct Entry Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n

holder of a Certificate of Secondary Education, or Trade Test III or Level I or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;<\/p>\n

Main Duties & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

Repairing water leakage
\nInspecting transmission and reporting deviation
\nReport unauthorized water connections, maintain records of water theft incidences o Carry out water disconnection of debtors and reconnection after payments
\nMaintain proper records of water connections\/disconnection reconnection carried out
\nPerform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.<\/p>\n

GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

All applicants must be citizens of Tanzania of not more than 45 years of age.
\nApplicants must attach an upto date curriculum vitae (CV) having reliable contacts, postal address\/ post code, email and telephone numbers.
\nApplicants must attach their certified copies of the following certificates; Degree\/ Advance Diploma Transcripts, Form IV and Form VI national examination certificates, Birth Certificates. Form IV and Form VI results slip are strictly not accepted.
\nApplicants who have \/ were retired from the public service for whatever reason should not apply.
\nApplicants should indicate three reputable referees with their reliable contacts.
\nApplicants with special needs\/ case (disability) are supposed to indicate.
\nA signed application letter should be written either in Swahili or English and address to
\nOnly short listed candidates will be informed for the interview date.<\/p>\n

Presentation of forged certificates and other information will necessitate to legal action
