APPLICATION TIMELINE: 2020-06-19 2020-07-03<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/div>\n
(i) To conduct pre-inspection and ensure cleanliness of the Authority\u2019s vehicle prior to starting the engine and driving the vehicle;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(ii) To drive the Authority\u2019s vehicle in compliance with the traffic laws;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(iii) To keep record of vehicle movements, fuel, tyre and distance covered in logbook;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(iv) To report vehicle mechanical defects discovered and physical damage to the Supervisor;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(v) To ensure that the vehicle entrusted to him\/her has a valid insurance cover;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(vi) To deliver documents as per delivery order and supervisor\u2019s instructions;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(vii) To ensure that required spare parts are fitted into the Authority\u2019s motor vehicles and the obsolete spares are returned to stores for verification;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(viii) To keep records of documents delivered to customers;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(ix) To develop individual objectives\/targets and performance standards as part of the individual performance agreement in consultation with the immediate superior; and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(x) To perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(i) Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE);<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(ii) Driving License with categories A, B, C, C1, D & E;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(iii)At least Motor Vehicle Trade Test Grade III or Motor Vehicle Level II from recognized institution;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(iv)At least Advanced Drivers Certificate Grade II from recognised institution; and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
(v) At least one (1) year of working experience preferably in a public institution<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
