On behalf of College of Business Education (CBE) President\u2019s Office, Public Service
\nRecruitment Secretariat invites qualified Tanzanians to fill 01 vacant posts as stated
\nbelow:<\/p>\n

1.0 COLLEGE OF BUSINESS EDUCATION (CBE)<\/strong>
\nCollege of Business Education (CBE) was established by Act of Parliament, Act No. 31
\nof 1965. CBE is a training Government Institution which provide, Training, Research
\nand Consultancy in the fields of Accountancy fields of, Procurement & Supplies
\nManagement and other business-related disciplines.<\/p>\n

1.1ASSISTANT LECTURER- LAW- 1 POST (RE-ADVERTISED)<\/strong>
\n1.1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
\ni. To teach up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor\u2019s Degree);
\nii. To Prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises;
\niii. To conduct research, seminars and case studies;
\niv. To Carry out consultancy and community services under supervision;
\nv. To prepare teaching manual; and
\nvi. To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.<\/p>\n

1.1.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
\nMaster\u2019s of Law with a GPA of 4.0 or average of B+ and Bachelor of Law (LLB) with a
\nminimum GPA of 3.8.<\/p>\n

1.1.3 REMUNERATION
\nAs per Treasury Registrar\u2019s salaries Circular No 6 of 2015<\/p>\n

GENERAL CONDITIONS
\ni. All applicants must be Citizens of Tanzania generally with an age not above 45
\nyears of age except for those who are in Public Service;
\nii. Applicants must attach an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) having reliable
\ncontacts; postal address\/post code, e-mail and telephone numbers;
\niii. Applicants should apply on the strength of the information given in this
\nadvertisement;
\niv. Applicants must attach their certified copies of the following certificates:-
\n\uf0b7 Postgraduate\/Degree\/Advanced Diploma\/Diploma\/Certificates;
\n\uf0b7 Postgraduate\/Degree\/Advanced Diploma\/Diploma transcripts;
\n\uf0b7 Form IV and Form VI National Examination Certificates;
\n\uf0b7 Professional Registration and Training Certificates from respective
\nRegistration or Regulatory Bodies, (where applicable);
\n\uf0b7 Birth certificate;
\nv. Attaching copies of the following certificates is strictly not accepted:-
\n\uf0b7 Form IV and form VI results slips;
\n\uf0b7 Testimonials and all Partial transcripts;
\nvi. Overqualified candidates should not apply;
\nvii. An applicant must upload recent Passport Size Photo in the Recruitment Portal;
\nviii. An applicant employed in the Public Service should route his application letter
\nthrough his respective employer;
\nix. An applicant who is retired from the Public Service for whatever reason should
\nnot apply;
\nx. An applicant should indicate three reputable referees with their reliable contacts;
\nxi. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level
\neducation should be verified by The National Examination Council of Tanzania
\n(NECTA).
\nxii. Professional certificates from foreign Universities and other training institutions
\nshould be verified by The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) and
\nNational Council for Technical Education (NACTE);
\nxiii. An applicant with special needs\/case (disability) is supposed\/advised to indicate;
\nxiv. A signed application letter should be written either in Swahili or English language
\nand Addressed to Secretary,Presidents Office, Public Service Recruitment
\nSecretariat, P. O. Box 63100, Utumishi House,8 Kivukoni Road, 11102 Dar
\nEsSalaam;
\nxv. Deadline for application is 1st July, 2020;<\/strong>
