Letshego Tanzania Limited is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:<\/p>\n

Job Title Head of Consumer Solutions<\/b>
\nReports To : Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Job:<\/b><\/p>\n

To manage sales growth of the company\u2019s products and services in Tanzania .
\nEnsures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.<\/p>\n

Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n
      \n
    • Collaborates with CEO in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure Sales targets for the country are achieved<\/li>\n
    • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.<\/li>\n
    • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products.<\/li>\n
    • Review and assessment of sales results of the company and sales staffs productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.<\/li>\n
      • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborates with CEO to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.<\/li>\n
      • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Thinking Requirements and Working Complexity:<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to identify risks and proactively work on mitigating the risks<\/li>\n
        • Ability to plan 3 -5 years planning in terms of vision, mission and mandate<\/li>\n
        • Ability to plan work flow to maximize efficiency<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work as a team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:<\/b><\/p>\n

          • University Graduate from a recognized and well established University with a degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce or equivalent<\/li>\n
          • A minimum of 5 to 10 years in management experienced in sales, marketing and business development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
