The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources Manager with all HR responsibilities and activities. To ensure success, the HR Generalist should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training.<\/p>\n<p><b>ROLE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain &amp; manage employees\u2019 HR files<\/li>\n<li>Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment processes and future staffing needs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise<\/li>\n<li>Generate and distribute monthly pay slips and annual tax forms<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the performance management process and ensure completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee requests for employment confirmation letters<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training requests and organize approved training &amp; education programs for staff<\/li>\n<li>Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions<\/li>\n<li>Administer the company\u2019s leave management system, including collection and filing of leave-related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and continuously improve the company\u2019s Personnel Regulations and HR policies, processes and procedures and fully support the company\u2019s goal to obtain and maintain ISO certifications<\/li>\n<li>Support management in ensuring that all SICPA policies, including those concerning HR, Travel, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) are fully followed. This includes conducting Training\/sensitization sessions and periodic communication to all employees<\/li>\n<li>Lead HR improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide any other kind of HR administrative support to employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PROFILE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>2-4 years experience in human resources with demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field \u2013 excellent knowledge of Labour laws<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HRMS\/HRIS systems, SAP knowledge would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Able to effectively handle various demands from employees and management<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous, flexible, proactive, able to work under pressure and to fix priorities<\/li>\n<li>Discrete, honest &amp; trustworthy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>JOIN US!<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees<\/li>\n<li>Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success<\/li>\n<li>Our people contribute to a more secure world<\/li>\n<li>Diversity at all levels of an organisation is a strength<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinatingand fast-growing industry.
