POSITION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT<\/b>\u00a01 POST<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Responsible and or report directly to the Financial Accountant.<\/li>\n
  • To receive and keep in proper custody all bills, invoices and other claims pending payments<\/li>\n
  • To maintain and check registers<\/li>\n
  • To prepare petty cash payment documents<\/li>\n
  • Pre-payment examination of invoices, bills, and other claims of petty accounts<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of payment vouchers and checks<\/li>\n
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by superior<\/li>\n
  • Work conformity with safety management system and ISO 22,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirement for appointment<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Appointed by General Manager<\/li>\n
    • Holder of a degree in Accountancy\/Finance related fields<\/li>\n
    • Professional Accounting Qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
