This also includes, market intelligence, collection function, and customer relationship management while meeting reporting requirements from the bucket owners\/and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key deliverables;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Effective Revenue Planning Process<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with\u00a0 \u00a0Revenue Bucket owners to ensure the availability of the revenue inputs required for revenue planning are provided within the required timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all deadlines set for the revenue planning activities\/forecast inputs are happening per schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the availability of the Revenue Tracker and associated inputs.<\/li>\n<li>Overall coordination of revenue planning management processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Preparation of Internal and External Reports ;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparations of Revenue mid-month, monthly and quarterly and forecasting of revenue reports for Enterprise business and group.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and forecast KPI\u2019s, taking into considerations the various initiatives undertaken by each revenue bucket and evaluate gain\/ losses occurred during the period comparing to the budget and monthly projections.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and prepare required information for Enterprise Business budget and business modeling formats, forecasts and KPI\u2019s;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.Set up trackers &amp; Kpi&#8217;s for each revenue bucket \/ Initiatives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively depict\/predict on the Reporting requirements and tracking Template for data collection and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with bucket owners, Finance and MIS to ensure the availability of the data and accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Delivery of mandatory surveys;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall Management of all Research Agencies and management of Research Budget.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively on the results obtained from these researches and follow up on the agreed actions to be undertaken and ensure that it is implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Timely market\/ competition feedback delivery;<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0 Delivery of In-house (Adhoc) research;<\/p>\n<p>7. Develops strong Customer\u00a0 relationships strategies;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing relationship team to ensure sensitivity to the customer\u2019s needs, concerns, and emerging requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to identify up sell opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8. Supervises Credit Control &amp; debt Collection Team;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures that postpaid credit procedures are in place and enforced at all times<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Credit Control Processes Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Control debt collection Agency<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with Corporate Sales Department on customer problems that may affect debt collection targets<\/li>\n<li>Verifies the correctness and completeness of postpaid bills for timely production and oversees printing and distribution of the bills to the Customer<\/li>\n<li>Prepare various analytical reports and statistics as required by the business on a timely basis.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and endure timely reconciliation of accounts under Credit Control Portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting &amp; Finance,Technology or any other related field<\/li>\n<li>MBA in Marketing\/Sales\u00a0 will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in leading a highly qualified and experienced team in a highly complex environment\u00a0 from telecoms<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing, good communication and people skills, understanding of local markets and needs of customers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Market Research Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in accounting and financial modeling<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deadline for receiving applications is\u00a0 6thJune 2020.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1879889915?showGuestApplyModal=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Warning:<\/b>\u00a0Never Pay To Get A Job.
