Activities, manpower and achievement of good machines performance in utility.<\/p>\n<p>-Strictly monitor and record the shift reporting time and break timings of operators and technicians.<\/p>\n<p>-Ensure operator wear their uniforms and all protective gear<\/p>\n<p>-Ensure safety and House keeping<\/p>\n<p>-Give timely feedback of machine maintenance, performance and breakdown to reporting officer.<\/p>\n<p>-Control the movement of manpower and allocate man power for other works in machine idle time.<\/p>\n<p>-Ensure the daily long sheet of all utility machines is duly filled and maintained by the operators.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ensure there is a proper handle over of your work area before leaving.<\/p>\n<p>-Ensure proper communication during handover<\/p>\n<p>-Ensure to be aware of usage procedure procedure of fire extinguisher<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Lead the all kinds of maintenance activities (P\/M and B\/D) in utility Dept.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Follow instruction given by reporting officer<\/p>\n<p>*Diploma in Mechanical Engineering<\/p>\n<p>*Knowledge on utility equipment\u00a0 and maintenance<\/p>\n<p>*Computer literacy, hardworking and management skills.<\/p>\n<p>*Experience of 5 years<\/p>\n<p>*Salary Tshs. 500,000\/=<\/p>\n<p>Only qualified candidate will be contacted, Melt company group is equal opportunity employer.<\/p>\n<p>Hence encourage special challenged and female to apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>How To Apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Any Interested candidates can contact us on the contact details mentioned below.
