The plant is set up for manufacture of animal vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a qualified suitable and competent young and enthusiastic Tanzanian who can drive the brand with geared up personality to fill in the position of Finance Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Designation:\u00a0<b>Finance Manager<\/b>\u00a0(1 POST)<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: CEO &amp; Managing Director<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills &amp; Abilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well versed with all the statutory laws prevailing in East Africa<\/li>\n<li>Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively with staff and public.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate good judgement and good problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in MS Excel, Tally, SAP or any ERP, superb attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and registered with NBAA under Associate or fellow category or Equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>A Holder of a Bachelor degree in related studies and or Master\u2019s degree is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of four years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing organisation at a senior position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>HOW TO APPLY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you have what it takes to match the momentum, then apply via email-\u00a0<b>hbal@hester.in<\/b>\u00a0by sending a motivation letter, current precise curriculum vitae, academic and professional certificates as well as three work related Referees by 25th May, 2020 address to:<\/p>\n<p><b>CEO &amp; Managing Director,<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Hester Biosciences Africa Limited<\/b><br \/>\n<b>P.O.
